What is it about?
The declaration of new construction reflects a physical modification on a property, such as the construction of a building. This is always made by the registered property owner.
The declaration can be for a completed new property or for one still under construction. In the latter case, the corresponding completion certificate must also be provided.
Finally, it's important to note that new construction declarations without condominium dissolution or property adjudication can be requested via videoconference.
